Shipping and Delivery

We ship across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with Aramex Express.

Shipping rates

  • Free standard delivery on orders over 189 SAR
  • Below that threshold, the delivery charge is calculated at checkout before you pay
  • All charges are shown in SAR and include 15% VAT

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Our business days are Sunday to Thursday.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your city. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs and carrier volumes can cause delays outside our control.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with an Aramex tracking number when it ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, contact us at hello@rubyclaire.co.

Delivery address

Please check your address and mobile number carefully at checkout. Aramex will call before delivery, so an active mobile number is essential.

We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or the recipient could not be reached, we will contact you; re-delivery may incur a further charge.

Failed delivery attempts

Aramex normally attempts delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund of the item value.

Damaged or missing parcels

Inspect your parcel on arrival. If the outer box is visibly damaged, note it with the courier where possible and contact us within 7 days with photographs. Damaged and missing shipments are covered by our Return and Refund Policy and resolved at our cost.

Order changes and cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can usually help before dispatch. After dispatch, the order must be handled as a return.

International shipping

We currently ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only. If you are outside the Kingdom, write to us at hello@rubyclaire.co and we will tell you what is possible.
