These terms govern your use of rubyclaire.shop and any order you place through it. The site is operated by Renovia Care Company, CR 7053198250, VAT 314526689900003, King Fahd Branch Road, Al Olaya District, Riyadh 12331, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
By placing an order you accept these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Products
Our products are cosmetics intended for external use. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Always read the label and the ingredient list before use. Patch-test if you have sensitive skin. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical care, consult your doctor before using a new cosmetic product. Discontinue use and seek advice if irritation occurs.
Colours may appear differently on different screens. Packaging and formulations may be updated from time to time; the label on the product you receive is authoritative.
Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive of 15% VAT.
- Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already confirmed.
- Payment is taken at the time of the order. Your order is confirmed only once payment is authorised.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a confirmation of dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where a pricing or description error has occurred, where we suspect fraud, or where delivery to the address is not possible. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes obtained through unauthorised means will not be honoured.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account we believe is being misused.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, video, logos, product names and design — is owned by Renovia Care Company or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
Customer content
If you send us a review, photo or video, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it in our marketing, with attribution where practical. You confirm the content is yours to share. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.
Accuracy
We work to keep product information accurate and up to date, but do not warrant that everything on the site is free of error. Where a material error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and, if you prefer, cancel and refund it in full.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any purchase made through this site are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@rubyclaire.co. We aim to resolve every complaint directly and promptly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
